The Boxer Engine in the R1300GS Adventure produces an additional 9 hp from the previous generation from 136 hp at 7,750 rpm’s (R1250GSA) to 145 hp at 7,750 rpm’s and an impressive 109 lb-ft torque, an increase of 4 lb-ft torque. The Boxer Engine excels in unbridled power, performance, and impressive smoothness.
