A well-padded dual stepped seat, along with a passenger backrest and an easily adjustable backrest for the rider, provide all-day comfort. And concave floorboards offer both rider and passenger plenty of legroom and protection from the wind.

 

 

The Burgman 400 has unexpectedly roomy storage space, with a lighted underseat storage compartment large enough for two daypacks or two full-coverage helmets. In addition, three front compartments with lids allow quick and easy access to smaller items. On the road you'll appreciate every aspect of its outstanding performance. Its liquid-cooled engine and advanced fuel injection system provide strong acceleration and crisp throttle response around town or on the highway. An automatic clutch and V-belt drive provide smooth, seamless power delivery. And an innovative Combination Braking System offers terrific stopping power. The right hand lever operates the front brake alone, and the left hand lever.
