2026 Honda CRF300L

Meet the Red 2026 Honda CRF300L Rally, the kind of adventure bike that makes your weekday commute feel like the opening scene of a travel documentary—and your weekend routes mysteriously “take the long way home.”
At the heart of this on-off road machine is a 286cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, 4-stroke engine with DOHC and four valves, fed by fuel injection (38mm) and happy sipping regular gas. Hit the electric starter, click into the 6-speed manual transmission, and let the chain drive do what it does best: turn detours into stories.
The Rally’s stance is built for exploring beyond the pavement. With 10.9 inches of ground clearance, it’s ready for ruts, rocks, and the occasional “that looked like a road on the map” moment. Up front, a 43mm Showa inverted fork delivers 10.2 inches of travel, matched in back by a Pro Link setup with a twin sided swing arm, 10.2 inches of travel, and preload adjustability—so you can dial things in for your pace and your terrain.
Rolling stock keeps it classic and capable: steel wheels with tubed IRC tires, a 21-inch front (80/100-21) and 18-inch rear (120/80-18) combo that feels right at home when the asphalt ends. When it’s time to rein things in, you’ve got disc brakes front and rear, including a 296mm front disc with a 2-piston caliper and a 220mm rear disc with a 1-piston caliper.
Practical touches come along for the ride, too—fork guards, frame and exhaust guards, plus a brake disc cover and side cover—the kind of protective gear you appreciate after a day of enthusiastic exploration. A one-piece vinyl seat keeps things simple, with a tall, purposeful 35.2-inch seat height, and the 3.4-gallon fuel tank (with reserve) helps stretch the fun between stops. Add LED lighting and clear warnings like a temperature light and fuel gauge, and you’re set to chase daylight with confidence.
In Red, it doesn’t just look ready—it looks like it’s already halfway to the next horizon.
