At its heart is a 1,300cc liquid-cooled boxer twin producing 145 horsepower and 110 lb-ft of torque, delivering effortless acceleration and smooth, confident power for everything from winding back roads to long-distance highway travel.

The R 1300 RT's new chassis is engineered to deliver a balance of stability, comfort, and agility. EVO Telelever front suspension and EVO Paralever rear suspension work with Dynamic ESA electronic suspension to provide a controlled, comfortable ride while adapting to changing road conditions. The result is a touring motorcycle that feels composed at speed without losing the responsive character you want when the road starts getting interesting.

Long-distance comfort is where the RT truly shines.
