Compared to the base V-STROM 1050, the DE has a longer rake and wheelbase for better handling on gravel roads and dirt trails, a longer suspension stroke to better absorb bumps on rough surfaces, as well as wide steel foot pegs and a large diameter tapered-aluminum handlebar. Thanks to the renowned Suzuki Intelligent Ride System (S.I.R.S.), V-STROM 1050DE riders have even more comfort and control over varied terrain and conditions.
