2027 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R

Turn the key and let this 2027 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R set the tone: pure supersport attitude with a sport-bike edge, wrapped in a finish that looks fast even when it’s standing still. (And if you ever want a different vibe, the ZX‑6R is also available in Lime Green, Metallic Spark Black / Metallic Flat Spark Black, Metallic Matte Twilight Blue, and Galaxy Silver.)
At the heart of the fun is a liquid-cooled 636cc horizontal in-line four-cylinder, 4-stroke engine with DOHC and 16 valves—built to sing. With 127 bhp (94.8 kW) hitting at 13,000 rpm and 52.1 ft-lbs of torque (70.6 Nm) arriving at 10,800 rpm, it’s the kind of powerband that begs for one more pull to the next shift. Ram air induction and Keihin fuel injection (38mm) keep everything crisp, while meeting Euro 4 emissions standards.
A 6-speed manual transmission and chain final drive (2.86 ratio) deliver that direct, connected feel sport riders love. The aluminum frame helps keep things sharp and responsive, and the bike’s stance—55.1-inch wheelbase with 23.5° rake and 4.0 inches of trail—signals quick steering without losing its composure. Showa 41mm inverted forks up front (with preload and rebound adjustability) and a UNI-TRAK rear setup (with adjustable spring preload and rebound damping) let you dial in the ride for your favorite roads.
Grip and feedback come courtesy of tubeless aluminum wheels wrapped in Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV tires (120/70ZR17 front, 180/55ZR17 rear). When it’s time to rein things in, Nissin braking brings the confidence: dual 310mm hydraulic front discs with 4-piston calipers and a 220mm hydraulic rear disc.
Practical touches keep the thrills easy to live with: electric start, a 4.5-gallon fuel tank, LED lighting, and mobile app instrumentation. It’s also ready for a passenger with a two-piece seat (32.7-inch height) and aluminum passenger pegs—because sometimes the best rides are shared.
