Description
The new 2027 Aprilia RS 660 in Blue Marlin combines Italian racing heritage, lightweight engineering, and advanced rider technology in a versatile middleweight sportbike. Designed for riders who demand precise handling, responsive performance, and everyday usability, the RS 660 delivers an engaging riding experience on Colorado's mountain highways, winding canyon roads, and the racetrack.
Powered by Aprilia's 659cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine producing 105 horsepower, the RS 660 delivers impressive acceleration, strong midrange performance, and responsive throttle control. Its lightweight twin-spar aluminum frame and carefully balanced chassis provide exceptional agility and stability through corners. With a curb weight of approximately 403 pounds, the RS 660 offers an outstanding power-to-weight ratio while maintaining a comfortable, sport-focused riding position.
Premium Kayaba suspension, including adjustable 41mm inverted front forks and an adjustable rear monoshock, provides precise handling and confident control across changing road conditions. Brembo radial-mounted front brake calipers paired with dual 320mm discs deliver strong, progressive braking performance.
Aprilia's advanced APRC electronics package brings sophisticated racing technology to the middleweight sportbike category. Five selectable Riding Modes, adjustable traction control, wheelie control, engine braking management, and cornering ABS allow riders to customize the motorcycle's performance. Aprilia Quick Shift provides seamless clutchless gear changes, while cruise control adds convenience for longer highway rides.
The striking Blue Marlin color scheme complements the RS 660's aggressive Italian styling, sculpted aerodynamic bodywork, and MotoGP-inspired integrated winglets. A full-color 5-inch TFT display, distinctive three-element LED headlights, and modern rider-focused ergonomics complete a motorcycle that balances genuine sporting capability with everyday practicality.
