The M RR celebrates victories on the racetracks of the world. BMW racers and team trust in the uncompromising performance of the superbike. The M RR can often be found in first place at the WorldSBK, the FIM Superbike Championship, and the FIM Endurance World Championship, as well as in road racing.

• High-quality M Billet pack — More than just looks: Made of high-strength aluminum, milled and anodized brake/clutch levers, Brake Lever Guard, and optimally adjustable rider footrest system, which has been scaled down to the essentials.


• Peformance detail: M Brake Ducts — He who brakes, wins. The M Brake Ducts provide a cooling air flow to the brake calipers, ensuring a high level of precision when braking.


• Optimized winglets for maximum control — Developed for the racetrack: The enhanced winglets 3.0 can generate up to 66 lbs of downforce, depending on the speed.


• Striking front with windscreen — The aerodynamic trim with a high windscreen relieves strain on the rider thanks to the optimized airflow – for endurance and performance.


• Lightweight M Carbon wheels with tape design — A superbike for the eyes: Visible carbon with clear coat and graphics in M design. In addition, less weight and rotational mass, maximum stiffness, and optimized acceleration and braking.


• Slip-Slide Control — Exciting bends are ahead: In combination with the new function of the Brake Slide Assist feature, a controlled glide can now be achieved around nearly every turn.


• Weight-optimized full titanium exhaust system — Less is more: Titanium is our preferred material for lightweight performance. The weight saving of 8 lbs and the new oval-shaped flange at the cylinder head can be felt in the improved handling and enhanced performance.


• Everything in hand: the steering angle sensor — The innovative steering angle sensor ensures that the Brake Slide Assist and Slip-Slide Control assistance system can do their best work on the racetrack.

Ride like you're in a slipstream

The redesigned front and side trim panels provide enhanced performance. Additionally, the optimized aerodynamics relieve strain on the rider by reducing the wind pressure they are subjected to: for endurance and fast, focused riding. The revised M Winglets Evolution 3.0, on the other hand, increase the pressure on the front wheel, even when in a lean angle, and generate up to 33% more downforce than the prior model, equating to up to 66 lbs. For even more confidence in low lean angles and high-speed bends.

Top performance is always reliant on the materials. That’s why we have installed numerous equipment items as standard with the model update. For example, the steering angle sensor with Slide Control and Brake Slide Assist, the quick action throttle that shortens the throttle path by 14 degrees, or the M Brake Ducts, that provide an enhanced airflow around the fork legs to cool the brake calipers.

Clear feedback?– not just from the pit lane

The best possible feel for the front and rear wheels and breathtaking, pinpoint accuracy: The heart of the chassis is an aluminum bridge frame, which also includes an upside-down fork and a central spring strut with Full Floater Pro kinematics, providing great chassis performance. Consistently and uncompromisingly geared to help you achieve the best race times, its chassis also impresses those perfectionists taking to the road in search of adrenaline.

High performance?– also a question of tuning

What sets a true winner apart is their ability to apply their potential during those critical milliseconds: The M RR Launch Control gives you the perfect start to the race, and the Pit Lane Limiter knows when to control the power. The Shift Assistant Pro helps you shift gears fast, without actuating the clutch for every gear change. The gearshift pattern can then be simply reversed for racing. Additionally, the 7 riding modes, two adjustable throttle characteristics, ABS Pro, DTC, engine drag torque control, and the triple-adjustable engine drag torque also enhance the bike’s performance. The 6.5" TFT display makes everything easy to read.

When every millimeter counts – including in the engine

The short engine with BMW ShiftCam technology has a maximum rotational speed of 15,100 rpm and has proven itself in the WSBK. Since we’re never fully satisfied, we have further optimized the engine with numerous details, including the cylinder head, the piston geometry, valve guide, and airbox. You might not be able to see the difference but you’ll definitely feel it.

Two versions, one goal: pure performance

The M RR is available in two versions: As the M RR, and M RR with the M Competition package. Both have been designed with one clear goal in mind: winning. And that is exactly what both variants stand for, with absolute dedication and motivation.

• Light White/M Motorsport — The M RR is a superbike homologated for racing. It has everything it needs to go fast, making it ideal for racing teams.


• Blackstorm Metallic/M Motorsport — More performance, more exclusivity?– what else do you need: The M RR with M Competition package. Aesthetics and exclusivity meet uncompromising racing technology.

No matter which of these variants you choose: in this case, not millimeters or milliseconds are crucial, it’s all about your preferences. However, one thing is clear: each RR is geared towards pure performance.

Racing meets aesthetics. The M Competition package includes numerous Performance parts that have earned the right to wear the “M”. These include the M GPS Laptrigger, the M Endurance chain, M brake and clutch levers and the M rider footrests. On top of that, there are the select high-quality visible carbon parts and the passenger package.
