• Lightweight Wheel Rims, easy handling — The lightweight rims allow for precise handling. They were adopted from the S 1000 R dynamic Roadster and provide a weight reduction of around 4 lbs compared with the previous model.


• Wind and weather protection: the Front End — The front end with wind deflector offers you protection, even when the weather isn’t playing ball. Optionally, you can also elevate this protection with a windscreen that is another inch higher.


• Individually adjustable: the Fork: The adjustable upside-down fork allows you to configure the spring preload and rebound and compression stages to suit your own personal needs. This gives you and your passenger a significantly more comfortable ride on long tours.


• A sporty ride: with a sleek rear — The compact rear end trim rounds out the sporty aesthetic of the F 900 XR


• Touring capabilities thanks to the USB-C charging port — In order to ensure that your smartphone is as charged up as you, the F 900 XR is equipped with a USB-C connection.

The upright sitting position enhances your stamina, and the footrest and sitting position for your passenger mean that they can enjoy every mile, too. The adjustable upside-down suspension fork allows the rider to configure the spring preload for improved control during compression, either with luggage or a passenger on board.

Pack your bags and start your tour. The lockable soft case with a sporty design can be easily attached to the case holder, which is included in the optional comfort package. Of course, you’ll need your smartphone on board too, and you can charge it while riding using the USB-C charging port.
