2008 BMW R 1200 GS Adventure
The 2008 BMW R 1200 GSA is a rugged, long-range adventure motorcycle powered by a 1170cc air/oil-cooled Boxer twin engine producing around 105 horsepower. Built for serious touring and off-road capability, it features a large 8.7-gallon fuel tank, long-travel suspension, Telelever front, Paralever rear, and a tall stance with a seat height around 35 inches. With a shaft drive, ABS brakes, and a 6-speed gearbox (including a low first gear for off-road use), the GSA is known for its durability, comfort on long rides, and ability to handle tough terrain, making it a favorite for global adventurers.
This one has been coming to San Francisco for service since 2010. In October, we replaced the rear main seal, fuel level sensor, sent the front shock out to be rebuilt and replaced the cam shaft sensor. Tires were done in August 2025. This is a 2008, but it's ready to go for a long ride! Come and get it before someone else does!
