The weight? No contest. Including M package, it is optimized down to the last ounce – from 432 lbs. Even when fully equipped and with a full tank, it remains under 441 lbs.
Right up to the limit
The drive goes right up to the limit. Races straight off from neutral. Lets off a superbike firework all the way up to its maximum 12,000 rpm. Remains controllable thanks to three lean angle-dependent riding modes. The short secondary gear ratio makes the R a sprinter that doesn’t want to be overtaken. The M Quick action throttle allows for precise control, without the need to change your grip position. The optional Pro Riding Modes also give you full control over all control systems.
