Handling Chassis To create a strong, light, and balanced chassis, the top triple clamp, handlebar mounts, footrest carriers, and brake components are manufactured from high quality, forged aluminum. For the swingarm and skid plate, aluminum is also used but constructed using a high pressure die casting process to add flex and reduce weight.MotorElectric motorFitted inside the rear wheel hub, the HUB Motor delivers a maximum power output of 1.8 kW. One of the main advantages for implementing this 'HUB-Motor-Concept' is safety as no chain or sprockets are required to drive the EE 2 forwards.
